Tis the season for helping our less fortunate neighbors and our local food distribution organizations. Once again, we are teaming up with the Salvation Army in Salisbury and in Sussex County; and the Foodbank of Southeast Virginia & Eastern Shore for Families Feeding Families. Last year, we provided entire Thanksgiving and Christmas Dinners to less fortunate families in Accomack, Worcester, Somerset, Wicomico and Sussex Counties. This year, we are asking you, our faithful listeners, to chip in. We have set up Donation Boxes at several locations all over Delmarva. We encourage you to stop by one of these places and make a donation. We know groceries aren’t cheap, but even a couple of canned goods can help out with replenishment with the Salvation Army and the Foodbank.
