Official Rules for the “Big Game Mega Man Cave Giveaway” contest on WCTG/WVES/WICO/WOWZ
1.By entering the entrant acknowledges and agrees to abide by these contest rules.
2. No purchase is necessary to enter or win. Making a purchase will not increase your chances of winning.
3. To be eligible all contestants must be U.S. citizens & 21 years of age and older. Employees and immediate family members GSB Media LLC and Garage Force of Delmarva are not eligible.
4. Winners of gift certificates from any of our participating businesses are100% responsible for following their individual state and/or county of residence laws and regulations. As well as any Federal law.
5. All contestants agree to allow the radio station and the sponsor to use their voice and likeness in pictures or video for promotional materials in conjunction with the contest.
6. Any attempt by an entrant to tamper with the proper administration of the contest will disqualify the applicant.
7. Void where prohibited. All federal, state and local rules apply.
8. All decisions regarding winners in this contest are final and the grand prize giveaway will involve qualifiers from WICO/WOWZ/WCTG/WVES
9. Prizes won in this contest cannot be exchanged for cash or any other prize.
10. Station(s) will not be held responsible for busy, overloaded or non-operational phone lines during execution of this contest.
11. Stations reserve the right to change or alter the rules of this contest at any time.
Contest Execution:
1 Beginning Tuesday September 5th, 2023, CTG & WOW will play the “Mega Man Cave Cue to call” sounder in the 7am hour, Monday thru Friday. Caller number 5 to 844-886-3284 for CTG and 833-969-7387 for WOW will choose the winner of 3 Pro Football games, decided by GSB Media LLC.
2. On the following Monday, we will tally up the records from the 10 qualifiers and those with the best records will be entered to win the grand prize to be updated. It will include a surface coating from Garage Force of Delmarva, 1 flat screen tv, 1 soundbar system, 1 kegerator.
3. In the event of a holiday schedule, determined by GSB Media LLC, the contest will not be executed on that day(s).
4. The contest will be held September 5th, 2023 through January 14th, 2024.
5. There will be occasional weekly prizes and winners will be able to pick up their gift cards or certificates with a Valid state issued ID between the hours of 8am and 3p, Monday through Friday at 1147 Ocean Highway, Suite 1, Pocomoke City MD 21851
6. The grand prize giveaway will take place between January 7th, 2024 and January 14th, 2024 at a place and time to be determined.
